How to Order Pet Services?

Furmomo currently offers over 40 pet health check plans, pet hotels, and other pet services. You can directly order suitable services on our website.

After selecting the service and the appointment date (if applicable), check the order details in your shopping cart. Once you complete the information and successfully make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Here are the follow-up arrangements for each service:

  • Pet Health Check: The center will call customers within 1-2 working days during business hours to schedule the time and location for the check-up. Customers can also call or WhatsApp the center to book services after 1 working day.
  • Pet Hotel: Please refer to the pre-check-in guidelines to ensure your pet is ready for check-in (for example, ensuring cats are treated for fleas within a month before check-in). Each hotel has different arrangements, so please read the terms and conditions of your chosen hotel carefully.
  • Pet Photography: Please contact the provider to schedule the time and location for the photoshoot.

 

How to Pay?

You can pay directly online using a credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted. 

 

How to Use a Discount Code?

After selecting a service, you can enter your personal information on the "Shopping Cart" page. In the "Discount Code" section above the total payment amount, input your discount code and click "Apply." It will then display that the discount has been successfully applied. Only one discount code can be entered per transaction.

 

How to Change an Appointment?

If you want to change your appointment time, you can contact the service provider directly to make changes. For inquiries about the provider's phone number, please refer to the service page or call the service hotline at 3151-2280 for assistance.
